No argument from me. It wasn't fun for us, and it is worse for you guys. But for us the agony was really only about 2 weeks. I am sorry if you guys have to suffer through the entire summer.

Then again, it's even worse for Commissioner Thompson, who is looking at the top two schools in his league vamoosing for greener pastures - and being replaced with one school that has blue turf.

As of now, it's pretty much impossible to tell the difference between somebody who is trolling brilliantly and really knows stuff. Given the lack of information coming from anybody but "my sources", I'm in full "I'll believe it when I see it" mode.

I absolutely agree. Even from a practical (as opposed to a pessimitic perspective), I'm not convinved that at all that the Bigwhatever will expand at all.

As an aside, I wonder how thy'll rename the conferences.
