BYU is being invited by the end of summer. It's already happening, boys.
I will lick Holmoe's hairy beanbag if this happens and he is the catalyst. I think if this whole thing is going down, BYU should refuse the invitation because Beebe would have been lying this whole time. Who want to be in bed with a liar? Wait, I DO!

So which town is more fun to visit in November - Stillwater or Norman? (I'm not going to mention Ames.)

You always post as though you have sources and info but you never give a cite. How do you know Baylor is on board and why would that even matter?
Baylor seems to be one of the more likely to oppose BYU. If THEY're in, it would speak well for our chances of getting others on board. On the other hand, maybe they're just happy to have somebody who will elbow out TCU.

I think you are right, but OrangeUte asked how Viking knows Baylor is on board. Not that I doubt Viking. He's from Texas, after all.

Point.
As of now, it's pretty much impossible to tell the difference between somebody who is trolling brilliantly and really knows stuff. Given the lack of information coming from anybody but "my sources", I'm in full "I'll believe it when I see it" mode.

What's wrong with Ames? Salt of the Earth folks out there. You might be interested to know that many new and exciting varieties of cush have come from that region of the corn belt. No schwag in those money fields.

It will be very cool if this happens because, if nothing else, the rivalry will live on. I am sorry if you guys have to spend the rest of the summer on pins and needles about it. That was not fun for me.
