Right. They used to have a name for this kind of thing at Brighton High. BYU thinks her shit don't stink. Is that what you're saying?Originally posted by TripletDaddy View PostBYUs unreasonable demands of the B12 prevented that from happening. In the past year or so, BYU has been approached by the Big East twice, th B12 once, and ESPN once. BYU was given millions by ESPN and appears weekly on national TV. I think all of that has gone to BYUs dome and clouded perception.Originally posted by SeattleUte View PostRight. They used to have a name for this kind of thing at Brighton High. I do think the next round of negotiations will see BYU being more reasonable and realistic.Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

This is pure fantasy. It flies in the face of all evidence. You keep that delusion, I'll believe it when I see it. Until then, there is no reason to believe BYU admins will pull their heads out.Originally posted by TripletDaddy View PostIn the past year or so, BYU has been approached by the Big East twice, th B12 once, and ESPN once. In a 10,000+ post thread about BYU joining the B12, you point out that my one post is "pure fantasy" and "flies in the face of all evidence." You have amazing powers of perception.Originally posted by atheistcougar View PostThis is pure fantasy. It flies in the face of all evidence. You keep that delusion, I'll believe it when I see it. I was remiss by failing to point out all other fantasy in this thread rather than just the latest example...Originally posted by TripletDaddy View PostIn a 10,000+ post thread about BYU joining the B12, you point out that my one post is "pure fantasy" and "flies in the face of all evidence." I am watching the B12 intently but all accounts, it seems that Mizzou is definitely leaving this summer, along with aTm. There will be no delays.
The latest directly from Mizzou supports this notion.

So I am puzzled about what the B12 will do to get to 10 teams by July. There has been no movement yet on the part of the Big East to allow West Virginia to exit.Fitter. Happier. More Productive.
