If the BIG12 expands and without BYU, no matter how it is spun it has to do with BYU beliefs (HC).

I have heard people ask why a Catholic University like ND is not receiving the same scrutiny. While the Catholics may have the same belief, they don't promote it through their Universities. Someone said they have gay married students and professors at ND. I don't know if that is true or not.

ND, Georgetown etc. don't discriminate against or expel gay students. It's been that way for a decades.

Here is the thing: I understand the issue. I realize the possibility. I see what is happening. I have my own issues with the policies. I do not need that blow hard to show up here and bleat the same crap over and over again. He may be right. Time will tell. I am just tired of it.

So Monte was saying on twitter that his BYU sources say that it's about 70-30 against expansion, but that Holmoe has a trick up his sleeve in case expansion falls through. Not sure what that means.

If you do your work long enough, you'll learn that the federal government wins in court a lot more often than it loses, and losing is something that a litigator, like a football coach, inevitably will experience.
