It's pretty obvious in this video from PTI. I hope a doctor has checked that out -- probably it came up in the physicals at the combine.

Always has. It has been noticable since he was a freshman, but as he's shed weight, it has become much more prominent.

I noticed that too. Toward the end of the season I started wondering if it was related to the increasing facial tics. It seems those have toned down recently.
