If the Jazz are going to compete for a title, they are still missing the #1, IMO. So, that makes Gordon a #3. A #3 often makes $10m per year, even when management has done a great job managing contracts. You just hope someone below #3 is not making that much money. I expect Gordon to around $10m/yr.
