Send the hippies back to work: yeah, probably did have an impact. He ran as establishment. The attitudes/demographics of major population centers of SoCal where very different in that era, easy for him to win the state with that message.

So yeah, I'm nervous about what else he's telling Trump.
If he is set with "the my way or the hi-way" and in lock step with far right thinking, he could make things happen that a lot of politicians couldn't. That wouldn't be good. If he was the brains behind Trump pulling off the win, you would have to give him credit for being bright. Very bright with some radical ideas is not good.

That is why people like Warren, Sanders, Pelosi, et. al. don't really worry me. I wonder if there is an up and coming Bannon of the far left?

Michael Moore is the Bannon of the far left. He thought Obama was a conservative.

The reason for the question has to do with something O'Reilly said. He said if the democrats keep catering to the street protestors and the far left because they worry about there base, they will lose even more favor with the public. All the protests and disruption of the public will not be good for them.

Now Krauthammer (sp) said he disagreed and didn't think the protests mattered one way or another.

MY humble opinion is the difference is Moore is far from being in Bannon's league when it comes to being bright or maybe I am looking for another word.

What movement has Moore ever started except maybe his mouth and bowells?

I was going to say Pres. Obama, but I think he is too decent to be put in that category of wanting total control.

LOL. I have friends who think that as well. I just think it is shady that he is on the security council with his extreme views. I don't like that Trump seems to take his counsel without thought or question.

Probably some weird unspoken agreement like a deal with the devil. I'll get you the W on election night and I'll also steer you through your term inside your ear.

We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf

                        • When Tim Kaine said democrats are going to "fight in the streets"!..., I don't think this is what he meant:

"If there is one thing I am, it's always right." -Ted Nugent.
"I honestly believe saying someone is a smart lawyer is damning with faint praise. The smartest people become engineers and scientists." -SU.
"Yet I still see wisdom in that which Uncle Ted posts." -creek.

If he keeps doing crap like this I will probably have to head back into the closet.

I am as I used the term back in the 60's?

However here I am referring to JL outing me as a Trump supporter a couple of days ago.
