Several countries in Southeast Asia, South Pacific, Philipines, China, several African countries. All send immigrants the USA. I know of instances of it happening in Utah related to Filipino immigrants that were close to my brother who served his mission in the Philipines in the. mid-seventies. Yes, my bro consumed dog occasionally when he was there. This sort of thing happens whethere you or not you can comprehend it. I think that's correct, but not having a vote doens't really change it since they'd be having a vote and passing the CR if the Dems would agree to it. But the Dems won't as they think they have leverage.
