This was a key point of the dreaded hoax known as Project 2025. Fire basically everyone, even those that are not political appointments.

Ha, for sure. Everyone, please give me a follow. Lot's of anger material out there!
          Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

          • So what is going on here? Is this an altered image. Haven't we seen this heavy leaning forward Trump posture before?

              • Golly, I hate it when a president stands up for the common man against corrupt local and state officials.

                • A critical error: Trump slaps 25% tariffs (50% in a week) on coffee and coke, choking off the lifeblood of Wall Street.

Trumps townhall in LA with Karen Bass was the best I’ve seen him, particularly on permits and giving residents access to their homes. From the clips I’ve seen of him in North Carolina he also did a great job.

As previously posted, I set up a Google Notebook LM environment on Project 2025. I just asked it if, based on the text, your post was true. It’s not. Fire basically everyone is not a key point of project 2025.

That said, it does emphasize the importance of the chief executive to have hiring and firing discretion over the executive bureaucracy. I don’t see any problem with that.

I'm not in the home construction or reconstruction business, but it seems to me that any permits involved would be local, not federal. And Newsom already ordered most of those waived. Is he suggesting the EPA will cut corners in removing hazardous material, like burned lithium ion batteries?

People ought to be able to assume the risk of clearing their own lot. The argument isn't what goes into the landfill but that it's not safe for poor schlub that tries to clear his own incinerated lot.

If the permits have been waived, why can't people go back to their homes? Not everyone has burned batteries in their home. People should be able to go to their own property and clean out their own stuff as long as they obey rules on what is disposed and what is not.
"Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf
