Didn’t Creepy Uncle Joe already say he was going to pick a woman? I would vote for him if he picked Tulsi, but that’s not going to happen. I think he is going to pick Hillary which is safe... she is about the only woman he wouldn’t grab from behind and sniff.

I kinda think he'll select Klobuchar, hopefully not Warren. Or Harris, who is a lousy person and candidate.

That ad misfires and it kind of pisses me off. It was made for the ‘doing my part to flatten the curve’ virtue signalers whose quarantine burden is fairly minor. Meanwhile there’s a significant portion of the population whose entire livelihoods vanished within a couple weeks. They’re justifiably pissed and won’t be in the mood to be called monstrous when they can’t put food on the table or a roof over the family’s head.

The message needs to be that Trump’s negligence between Jan-March forced this situation. But going after him for wanting to restart the economy as fast as possible is tone deaf.

Yeah, a major swing and a miss. Dems better be careful with how they politicize this COVID issue, because there is a massive lobby of formerly blue voters in my blue swing state who are going to really, really like the sound of someone promising to get the hotels and casinos back open.

There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Probably the same people who would have been pushed to vote for Trump if Bernie had been nominated because Bernie promised to take away their union healthcare plans.

Trump wanting to get the economy open might be his greatest strength in this crisis. There is a large group of people who are compliant with distancing recommendations now because they know the guy ultimately in charge has no interest in keeping them locked up long term. This is why a plan to communicate a timeline is crucial. The more people feel like there is not plan and we are going to be doing this indefinitely at the government's whims, the more they will rebel and lessen the effectiveness of the distancing.

Ezekiel Emmanuel said that we are going to do this until there is a vaccine. No school, no sporting events, no restaurant dining rooms open for 12-18 months. I'm all for doing my part, but f**k that.

Maybe not... Biden might be picking Kamala ("medicare for all") Harris for his running mate:

                            "I’m coming for you, kid.”
                            — Joe Biden to Kamala Harris

I have to think that Creepy Uncle Joe likes Kamala for other reasons, however.

Yeah, there are Dems that think Biden can't handle anything... Joe Rogan, for example:

Joe Rogan On 2020 Election: I Would ‘Rather Vote For Trump’ Over Biden, Biden Can’t Handle Anything

Joe Rogan, host of the podcast “The Joe Rogan Experience,” said on Friday that he would vote for President Donald Trump over Joe Biden if Biden becomes the Democratic presidential nominee.

Rogan made the remarks while talking with guest Eric Weinstein, a left-wing political commentator who is also the managing director of Thiel Capital.

“This is the real issue with the Democratic Party,” Rogan said. “They’ve essentially made us all morons with this Joe Biden thing. They really have. They’ve made us all morons.”

“I can’t vote for that guy,” Rogan continued. “I’d rather vote for Trump than [Biden]. I don’t think he can handle anything."

Biden has been largely missing the last few months.

And when is Obama going to give his endorsement?

Bernie would not have not have lost casino workers en masse. I've worked with people from those unions, members and staff, they are not like auto workers, and Trump has a horrible reputation with casino workers in general going back to forever
