  • Double down. Nice.

Hey Uncle Ted, I assume the other former Soviet republics should just surrender too. And Taiwan should surrender to China. We need to give these dictators whatever they want to avoid World War 3. To hell with freedom.

Blows me away that anyone over 50 that calls themselves a conservative could have such a hard-on for Putin.

Don't forget 10% for the Big Guy!

Maybe you will agree when this "limited" nuclear world war starts and it drags your grandkids into it in addition to your tax dollars.

          You're such a fucking coward.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

I'll ignore the subsequent irrelevant observations, Neville, and ask what more Ukraine could have done to forestall Russia's long-planned invasion. There is no doubt Russia was hell bent on invading. What could Ukraine have offered, other than a chunk of its territory (which at best would have delayed war for bit, until a thus emboldened Putin was ready to go for more soon thereafter)? "Try a lot harder." What a vacuous suggestion. If only we'd followed the Ted/Gary Johnson approach in 1939 and 1941, how much better the world would be.

Yep. I think it is Dr. Phil who says, "You teach people how to treat you." Ukraine has learned that lesson well.

Send your grandkids into Ukraine to fight and die someone else's war... leave mine out of it.

If the US wants to go to war I suggest they strike hard with its nukes first... That is the only way to survive a nuclear war.

                            • Wow, Ukraine has routed the Russias east of Kharkiv. Russians running away or surrendering. Ukriaine advancings 50 miles in two days. Such an embarrassment.

                              • Watching footage of newly freed Ukrainians greet their soldiers as they retake territory from the Russians just melts my heart.
