      Clash of civilizations.

      Wasn't it Hawkeye Pierce in the MASH TV show who said that the commies were fighting us because they wanted our toilets? He couldn't have been further from the truth.

                          My Hummv as a PL was a MK-19 vehicle. CPL Benji Shaw was really good using that weapon system. I look back with fondness on that stage of my life. I miss serving with great men.

                            This is similar to our MICLIC we employ as combat engineers. We tow these trailers packed with C4. A rocket pulls three lines packed with C4 100 meters out. When we detonate the lines, it clears a lane through a minefield 10 meters wide by 100 meters long.

                            The only time we used them in Iraq was for training.
