He's making light of my family--my direct ancestors--being forced out of Missouri in the dead of winter. My great, great, great grandfather was forced from his farm in Gallatin, MO, lost his livelihood, and was never compensated. His sister, pregnant, lost her unborn child and toddler to exposure. They all would have died if not for compassionate people who took them in.
And I'm just "going with the flow," because I believe in compassion for Syrian refugees? I just want to be a "good white?"
I'm not Governor Herbert's biggest supporter or anything, but I won't be voting for Lilburn W. Trump.We all trust our own unorthodoxies.Comment
