    I don't know about you, but if I was in a gun battle with a guy who wouldn't give up and there was the possibility he could get off a shot and kill me or someone else or worse yet, maybe he could get away. Yea, I think I would want to burn the house down.

    Of course if I was sitting at my desk at the NY Times writing an opinion piece, I wouldn't have been that concerned about the chances of him killing someone else.
    I agree. There is other footage of what was happening and he was going down in a blaze of glory.. He killed an officer and injured another at that time as well. So I tend to think tensions were high and do not fault them in the heat of the moment.

                            Show me a BYU logo that looks exactly like the one on the cap. The ones posted here have less area in the triangle between the arms. Also, the border is more pronounced.
