This repeal of Proposition 4 timeline seems really strange.
Feb 12th- with just 3 days left before the deadline, they only have 85,000 of the 140,000 signatures needed. And thousands are asking to have their signatures removed, or disputing that they ever actually signed.

Feb 14th- Repeal effort leaders go to the Utah Supreme Court to ask for an extension. As of that morning, they have about 90,000 signatures
