          Likability-wise, Biden is still more likable. I don't know many liberal or moderate people who like her at all.

                        I'd prefer Biden, even with his cognitive disadvantages. I honestly can't think of one consequential thing Harris has done or said just off the top of my head. Charisma and leadership-wise. She is a non-entity.
