Well the Dems should release the Hur interview recordings of the interviews so we can be the judge of that. The Dems always claim they are the party of transparency but their actions say otherwise.

Now that's criminal intent, which is why Trump's legal team is doing everything it can to defer his trial at least until he can pardon himself.
So far the supreme court has been backing Trump's actions. The Dems, nevertheless, brought in a prosecutor that has never been approved by congress. So far it seems the Dems that are doing everything they can to get something to stick on Trump and doing it right before a presidential election (when they could have done their lawfare long before) as part of their election interference strategy. Yet they jump up and down and say that Trump is a threat to democracy when their actions show they are the threat to democracy. Just like when they claimed, "Russia, Russia, Russia" in a previous election, and it turned out they paid to fabricate a bogus report as an attempt to interfere with the election. The real threat to democracy, it seems, is the democratic party.

You can't compell a candidate to continue to run after being nominated. So just because a candidate withdraws, doesn't mean they should also resign from office. Has Biden admitted it's because he is unfit or will be unfit to serve another term?

Talk is cheap... Why did Hunter Biden receive large amounts of money from Russia?

If someone said this was a tweet from Trump, I wouldn't even think twice before believing it.

Tedbot, you should really delete the 'Russia, Russia, Russia' line from your code. It exposes the bias.

Why did Roger Stone interact with GRU hackers and Assange about releasing Wikileaks info in a manner that would harm Hillary Clinton the most?

During the Republican convention back when Trump first ran; the put a plank in the platform discouraging aid to Ukraine.

Trump's campaign manager was a bag man for Putin. That really isn't up for debate. It's how he made his living.

Trump vocalized he would accept help from Russia in getting Hillary's emails. He emphasized he wasn't joking.

              There's a ton more.

Be the judge of whether there was criminal intent? Hur specifically said they didn't find any. See, e.g,

We have concluded that there is not a prosecutable case against Biden. Although there was a basis to open the investigation based on the fact that classified documents were found in Biden’s homes and office space, that is insufficient to establish a crime was committed. The illegal retention or dissemination of national defense information requires that he knew of the existence of such documents and that he knew they contained national defense information. It is not a crime without those additional elements. Our investigation, after a thorough year-long review, concludes that there is an absence of such necessary proof. Indeed, we have found a number of innocent explanations as to which we found no contrary evidence to refute them and found affirmative evidence in support of them.
And aren't the Biden interview transcripts available online? I continue to acknowledge that Biden is suffering obvious age-related cognitive decline, and that he should have announced his withdrawal from the race a year ago, but he comes off reasonably well throughout the interviews. People who see moral or legal equivalence between Biden's and Trump's treatment of classified documents are stupidly partisan.

There is s surfeit of data that refutes the MAGA insistence that the Russia thing was bogus. One of my favorite commentaries about it was by Charles Krauthammer (RIP), who apparently was too left-wing for MAGA types. Bungled Collusion Is Still Collusion.

Actually, no one has yet to be nominated by the Democrats. But a lot of scared repubs seem to want to dictate to the Dems who they can nominate. Seems like a Putin kind of thing.

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

Does anyone here think that Biden will make it all the way until January as the president? His days are numbered.

I was thinking so. Is he getting a lot more pressure to resign? I can't say I'm really tuned in today.

He is a liability. Not only is it true that he doesn't have the faculties to make the decisions necessary of a president, he is an easy target the the GOP can exploit to attack Harris and the democratic apparatus for lying about his condition and how the administration has been functioning. Not to mention he'll still be speaking publicly and flubbing his lines and contradicting the messaging of the Harris campaign.

Keeping Biden in the spotlight is probably a bad thing for Trump. It is a reminder that a similar cognitive decline is certainly a possibility at Trumps age.

The Democrats should be banging that drum. It was right to sideline Biden. It is time to sideline Trump as well.
