That's really great! Everyone should know that you don't play the whites and your home course is a tough track. I'm thinking career best this summer?

It never got above 45* here today, and is still foggy. What a difference a 100 miles makes.

This year reminds me of another year it rained in the valley and snowed in the mountains. Played golf all year round.

I have been shooting in the low 80's. Had a really good chipping round yesterday though and posted a 78. I shot a 78 didn't post it. We don't post until mid March.

There is a guy in our group who is 77. Playes the regular tee's and is a 9 handicap. I would be a very happy camper to be 77 and a 9 handicap from the regular tee's.

At my club we have a former touring pro that is 85... shoots his age with ease. Even at that age his swing is very beautiful and smooth as silk, not a lot of power, but he hits it well enough.

This might be a good year. Shot a 77 Saturday. Again no post because we can't until March. We keep a running handicap though in our group and record everything. In the group I am down to an 11. UGA it is still a 14 or 15. Maybe I should go and win a tournament somewhere with my UGA handicap.

What kind of rule is that? Seems strange.

Oh, and in case anyone is interested, I am playing some of the worst golf in my life right now...

USGA winter weather rules, most likely.

Same here, the ground is so wet that that ball plugs on almost every shot so you lift, clean and play.

The course here in Rexburg is going to open up nine holes today. Normally their would be about three feet of snow on the ground and I'd be on the course skate skiing instead of golfing.

What is your temperature high going to be? 56 degree's here, same as yesterday and most of the round I played in shirt sleeves because the sun was out.

We do have global warmiing here while they have the ice age in the north east.

High 40's today and low 50's over the weekend. We have a high of 29 degrees in the forecast for next Tuesday so I'm not ready to call it spring yet. I still have snow in my front yard where I piled it up from my driveway.

Just got back from 3 days in Phoenix area played 4 rounds. I was hitting the ball as consistently as I ever have. But for about 3-4 holes on each round I was playing mid-80s golf, need to find a way to just not lose it for a stretch of holes.

How true. I have been playing well so far this year. Shot an 85 yesterday and was dissapointed until I realized I had 3 triples and a double. Heck is I could have kept them to bogies I would have been in the 70's. Of course if Tiger could chip he would be still playing in events.

We need to hook up somewhere and play some golf.

You ever get over to the Oxnard area?
