Did a two-egg omelet this morning with green chiles and cheese and topped with sour cream. Sour cream is a wonderful add-on for eggs.

And I successfully completed the pan flip.

Add Gordon to the list of people who cook eggs with butter. Who DOESNT cook eggs with butter?

Pass on the mushrooms, those tomatoes and thick sourdough looked ab-fab, the eggs looked a little too mushy for my tastes but the creme fraiche sounds like a tasty treat.

Also, stop in at Sissy's to get some of their Curry Deviled Eggs starters.

Thanks to this thread, I just ate two fried eggs. Cooked in melted butter. Wasn't sure what to flip them with, so I used a spatula. I broke one of the yolks.

The result was delicious. Nice runny yolks. I am trying to go low carb, so no buttered toast to sop up the yolk.

Just made some eggs over easy on some buttered toast. Yum.

DDD will be proud. I did not use a spatula to flip the egg. I used a cheese cutter because that's all I could find at the time. It worked like a charm.
