I'm with mpfunk, I pretty much just love eggs in all their preparations. Scrambled, flipped, boiled, omelettes, in a quiche, in a house, or with a mouse.

I do a decent, not great, job making more of a french style omelette where it is not browned at all and still quite soft, tri-folded as you flip it onto a plate. Evidence above, not my best ever but passable. sorry for potato quality.

    This!

I typically have a pint jar of bacon grease in the fridge - just in case

It has been awhile since I have been there, but my favorites were the buffalo wing, three meat (amped up), and the chicken enchilada. If I had to choose one, I would probably go three meats amped up. Green chile and chevre are a must if you are only going to get one. Mrs. Funk and I would usually get a buffalo wing and three meat and split those 2. Since moving out of Utah County, I haven't been there though.

Nor have I. I am talking about the one listed at #1 under Slab Pizza. I have had that one.

Not to be confused with the british dish of the same name that is basically sausages cooked into a batter in a casserole dish.

This thread inspired me. You cut a hole in the bread and drop your egg in the middle.

I learned to make these in Jr. High. Our teacher called them eggs in a nest. My youngest daughter still likes me to make them for her.
