Swampy, you are very talented. Those are some incredible photos."Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf

Woke up at 445 and couldn't get back to sleep. It was either doomscrolling or getting off my ass to take a picture.
Good morning from the shores of the Salish Sea.

Ha with a OB/Gyn resident daughter who works nights 3 months out of the year I know trazodone. I think all of her colleagues take it religiously when they're on nights just to make sure they get a few solid hours of sleep during the day. And it's almost an emergency when one of them runs out of trazodone and someone else will get the refill for them.Originally posted by Jeff Lebowski View Post

Do you find it gets you through more than a few hours of sleep though? My daughter says it knocks her out, but it doesn't get her more than 5-6 hours of sleep when her regular schedule is off."...you pointy-headed autopsy nerd. Sleep quality decreases with age for everyone. A few years ago, our son suggested that we give it a shot so he prescribed it for both of us. We take it every night and it kicks in after about 30 minutes. We go right to sleep and if I have to get up to go to the bathroom or something I go right back to sleep. 7-8 hours of quality sleep every night. Every now and then I forget to take it and I wake up around 3-4 am and am restless (in and out of sleep) the rest of the night. Game changer.Originally posted by Northwestcoug View Post

If Mrs. NWC has any say trazodone will be in my future. I'm rarely asleep past 6, and when I start tossing and turning the dogs start getting antsy. I doubt that's going to get better as I get older.Originally posted by Jeff Lebowski View Post
