    If Mrs. NWC has any say trazodone will be in my future. I'm rarely asleep past 6, and when I start tossing and turning the dogs start getting antsy. I doubt that's going to get better as I get older.

    I've been taking 10mg of time release melatonin which works pretty good for 7-8 hours of sleep for the most part. I often wake up between sleep cycles but fall right back asleep.

    I had to take Benadryl as well a while back, but I'm off of that now.
