- It would take 2 more seconds to count to 10

I know I am a little late on this, but why would having an extra digit on each hand change the time it took to count to ten?

The world would be a much different place if we had 6 fingers on each hand instead of 5. Just a couple things that would be different:

- It would take 2 more seconds to count to 10
- Keyboards could have and additional 10-15 keys or maybe they'd be longer (2 rows instead of 3)
- Putting gloves on a kids hand would be 20% harder than it is now
- Baseball pitchers would have a bigger advantage

I know I am a little late on this, but why are you such a slow counter?

If we had 6 fingers on each hand, our numbering system would be base-12.
