So are the current multi finger options in iOS5 intuitive or are you going to wait until they trim them all down to one finger?

I would love to hear what your workaround was for scrolling window within window.
Nice try. Now that I know how easy it would have been to scroll, I'm too embarrassed to tell you how I solved the problem.

Ok. Then let's talk about changing the shirt in your avatar from female to male.

LOL, other posters make fun of you and you ignore it or pretend you didn't notice it was a lady shirt. DDD does and you immediately change. Remember in GoodFellas when Pesci is making the kid dance and then shoots him in the foot? A fair word of warning there is no correct answer when he asks if you think he is funny.

                • OK, I have been an android to iphone convert for a few days now. Picked up the 4gs on Sprint. Impressions so far:

                  - Overall UI experience is very good. Simple and clean.
                  - CPU seems to be plenty powerful. I don't see any lag.
                  - Siri doesn't always work, but it works most of the time. And when it does it is magic. I look forward to ongoing improvements and extension to other apps. Very cool feature.
                  - Auto-correcting on keyboard seems much more intelligent than Android version. Typically makes the proper corrections and I don't have to go back and fix anything.
                  - Dictation feature on keyboard is quick and extremely accurate.
                  - Navigation apps are nowhere near as good as Google Nav, but they are OK and should work fine until Apple releases an integrated nav feature.
                  - wifi and 3G connectivity is disappointing. I was sitting in church and my iPad had no problem connecting to wifi but the iphone was constantly fading in and out. Had no problems like that with my old android. Seems to struggle similarly with cell coverage at times.
                  - Many of the apps are common to ipad and iphone so they sync to both devices automatically. That is nice.
                  - Camera is terrific

                  Quite happy overall thus far.

We have heard rumors that the Sprint 3G experience for the 4GS is inferior to AT&T 3G. How is 3G working for you with your new phone?

3G is plenty fast on my iPhone 3GS through AT&T, but we are ready to get the 4GS and Sprint would be superior for us as far as phone service since only Sprint provides cell phone coverage in the darkest corners of my workplace. On the other hand, I love using 3G at home and have been a little worried about Sprint 3G turning out to be inferior to AT&T. Thoughts?

Seems OK. Too early to tell. When I am at home, work, or church I have wifi coverage. That is most of the day.

Hey Lebowski, did you get your iphone on a contract renewal? Do you mind if I ask how much and what version iphone you got?

My wife really wants one (we've got sprint), and she's only a week from her upgrade discount kicking in. Unfortunately, the prices sprint is quoting me on its website are more than a comparable ipad.

                            I paid $299 for the 4Gs 32gb version. That's with a two-year contract renewal.

Thanks. Without an upgrade, the price for the 16BG is $649 and the 32GB is $749. lol. Carriers really have consumers by the nuts when it comes to buying a new phone.
