Are folks figuring him for an ILB?

I understand he is heading to BYU for next year, is he planning to be mission bound after that or will he play for 4 straight years?

I don't think he has current mission plans.

Someone on Cougarboard said that Mendenhall said Luapaho has "NFL All Pro potential." Is that true? I am cooped in the board room doing a loan package so I don't have access until later tonight. If he said that it might even be a dumber statement than the Ute homer's claims about Blackmon, regardless if the claim is true or not.

He did. He wasn't rah rah like I think he sometimes is. Came across matter of fact to me

Here are all the highlight vids BYU put together for today. But Takitakis is ridiculous.

The clip of him drilling the qb, who threw an interception that it looks like talky-talky's teammate took for a pick 6, and the qb writhing in pain on the turf as everyone runs by made me chuckle. He looks like an angry Polynesian and by damn those are my favorite kind!

Before I make fun of you, please clarify did you just say Allen runs a similar offense as BYU but with a better QB? Are you calling a HS qb better than Taysom Hill?

Well, I'm pretty sure Allen could beat BYU, you know, since they are a Texas school, so that's probably accurate.

I don't recall that kid being that highly recruited. In fact I watched his team play a game and the player on the field that impressed me was Nate Fakafakahu/Orchard.

Taysom was offered by Jim Harbaugh and Stanford. Clearly he is better than Alex Smith. Jim wanted Taysom but got rid of Alex.

To echo 71, the recruiting show on BYUtv was excellent. The RM class looks great. I'm pumped for 2014, but 2015 (senior QB, RB, WRs) and lots of young talent with a year of 2014 experience could be very good.

A few things Bronco said.

Ului Lapauho "looks" like an NFL all pro because he is 6'7 310. Said he is more excited about him than any other player.

Hinds ran a 11 flat 100 in high school. He will play OLB.

Corbin Kaufusi grew 2 inches on his mission but he is really skinny. Bronco didn't seem real high on him. Said he has 5 years to put on weight.

Mentioned Tausinga could play right away.

Devon Blackmon averaged 19 yards per catch last year. Jordan Leslie did the same as a sophomore. They are going to stretch the field.

Paul Lasike will rugby punt next year if Arellano struggles.

He was raving about Takitaki called him violent.

He also reiterated Leslie is Hollidays stepson. So Holliday married Leslies mom? Holliday said not true. So who knows.
