        Hey BYU has not had the best of luck with 5 star kids, but I was surprised Barton is the highest rated Utah recruit ever.

        I also found it funny Kwhit pointed this out and referenced the recruiting rankings. Then when he was asked about class that ranks in the 70s he said "I don't look at recruiting rankings, look at the guys we have put in the NFL that is more of an indication how we are doing" Notice he didn't reference wins at all.

                Chris Keomatu was pretty highly recruited. What about Sausan Shakerin? Also wasn't a JC Transfer who came in as a OT and switched to DT a 4 or 5 star recruit?

                  Utah has only landed a handful of kids that were ranked in the top 100 of any group.

                  Kyle has a lot of spinning to do with this class. There are 6 or 7 kids I like. 4 that I love. It isn't a good class.

                      On Scout Barton is the #20 tackle. However Rivals has him ranked #4 at his position and #70 overall. ESPN has him as a 3 star.

                      The DT to OT, I believe you are referring to is Latu Heimuli. He was a 4 star kid that turned down Florida to play at Utah. He seems to switch sides every other game. He has played on both sides of the ball throughout his career.

                      Shakerin was a 4 star but he wasn't a top 100 kid. (I also predicted a short career due to his running style. Thought I would point that out again)

                                He didn't hunker down when he ran and took some brutal hits, iirc.
