What incentive does a play who is leaving straight on a mission have to sign an LOI to play anywhere? For a borderline scholarship player at a given school it makes sense because it guarantees the scholarship the first year. But for a kid like Mama who can pick any school he wants, why wouldn't he wait until he gets back to make a choice?Comment
