Translation. Never correct a mistake you have made. Just live with it.Originally posted by Viking View PostI feel bad for having gone there in the first place.
I was ready to transfer to UT but my dad told me: "f--- you and and f--- your crybaby attitude. i don't give a shit if you hate it. you made the decision and you be a man and live with it"
I have zero sympathy for Heaps.
Great advice.

The LDS church undoubtedly wanted you for time and all eternity. Jake Heaps commitment to BYU was complete at the end of this year, despite Bronco's desire to have Heaps for every year of NCAA eligibility.Originally posted by Viking View PostHe considered my commitment to the church complete when I finished my mission.

Dammit, who is going to throw all BYU's interceptions now? Of course, with his limited playing time he only had 17.Originally posted by KillerDog View PostJake Heaps will forever reside below such luminaries as Matt Berry, Charlie Peterson, Steve Lindsley, and Sean Covey on the Career Passing Efficiency list at BYU. At least he can say he is ahead of Bret Engemann. OTOH, Riley is still at a career rating ahead of Doman, Hall, Young, Bosco, Walsh, Nielsen, Beck etc. Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out."If there is one thing I am, it's always right." -Ted Nugent.

Yes, it has not hampered my employability at all, and I have no complaints about the reputation of the school, just the namesake. Its understood that I can't have without the other, but that is my only complaint with having gone to BYU.Originally posted by Viking View PostThat makes zero sense to me. BYU is a fantastic name in the biz world.Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you'll have to ram them down people's throats.

Cougarstats had something the other day that said among BYU QB's to pass for a certain number of yards or attempts (can't remember which) in their careers, he had the 4th lowest INT%.Originally posted by Uncle Ted View PostDammit, who is going to throw all BYU's interceptions now? Throwing picks wasn't his biggest problem by any stretch. So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

Seriously. Can you actually make a post without some slided-backhanded comment.. It seems the Church nor BYU gives a shit about you so I suggest you "Move On".. We all wish you would...

Weird thing to complain about. Especially considering you hang around a predominately BYU message board and have a moniker that seemingly symbolizes two of your great loves- no longer being Mormon and the school you supposedly are embarrassed about.Originally posted by atheistcougar View PostYes, it has not hampered my employability at all, and I have no complaints about the reputation of the school, just the namesake.
