You might not have been offended, but what about the Maori? Ute fans were more vigilant than the ACLU last week about cultural insensitivity. Frankly, I'm impressed with the restraint they've shown over last couple days. Very classy to just let this one go and not make a big deal of it.Originally posted by LA Ute View PostI think it's dumb and gives extra motivation to the opposing team but it doesn't offend me. Stiil, I'm touched by your concern for my feelings, you warthog faced buffoon.

I couldn't care less, and I wouldn't have been upset if some byu player forced them to stop. It was still an epic obliteration of every aspect of your entire program. I hope you withhold your cougar club contribution rather than continue to support a program in the first stages of its death rattle.Originally posted by YOhio View PostDid anyone else see the Ute players doing the Haka before the game? They showed it on ESPN. I wasn't offended. I'm sure LAU, Scorcho, NWUF and Flattop were beside themselves.

Utah doesn't do the Haka.
http://www.coachwhittingham.net/home...ghlight-videos the first video shows what Utah does before and after a game. It's some Poly thing, but it's not the Haka
If you want to see it, you'll have to suffer through all of the Utah highlights.Last edited by Scorcho; 09-19-2011, 01:56 PM.

Every aspect of BYU's athletic program? What about hoops? We own the all-time series with Utah. I would hate for that to just disappear.Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

Oh please. Spare me the high and mighty act. Your 24 hours of civility is up and you cougar fans can handle a tiny bit of ribbing.Originally posted by creekster View PostIs this supposed to be good natured ribbing or the boorish behavior that it appears?
It is good-natured ribbing and a modicum of retribution for the widespread merciless devastation strewn about following the TCU game last year. Both sides generate propaganda, but the winner of the war writes the history.

'Athletic' is your word. I referred to football only. The facade has some deep cracks, and they need to patch it up before chunks start falling away and big donors start sabre rattling again to shake up the coaching staff.Originally posted by TripletDaddy View PostEvery aspect of BYU's athletic program?
