    Dear Tom,

After being castrated in the coaching world, BYU offered you a job as a fundraiser. You were put in place as a yes man on the wake of Honor Code scandals in the football program. They didn't involve you in the Whittingham negotiations and Elder Eyring made your first hire for you. Nobody believes you have the authority that matches your responsibility. Show them all they're wrong and make this happen.

    With love,
    Jay Santos

      Dear Tom,

I have a sick feeling that your bosses overplayed their once great hand.

If Tom were to throw a party and invite everyone he knew, would he see the biggest gift would be from you?

            Tom,

I have always been a fan of yours ever since your playing days at BYU. I really liked when you told me you think admin. folks overract to chat boards in their dislike of them. Of course this was before you were part of the upper echelon.

Anyway could you hurry and announce all the great teams on our future home schedules. I have to send in my anual CC dues the end of the year and I would like to know if we really do have good home schedules in our future before I send the check.

Much thanks I will not desert BYU. I have a big screen TV and with money I save I could get surround sound.

              Tom,

The home football schedule sucks this year and will continue to get worse with independence. Weber State?

Since I have to work weekends occasionally I try to always schedule my working weekend for away games and then the worst team coming into LES. This year there were so many terrible games to choose from: I ended up picking New Mexico State, but obviously there are 3 other equally shitty teams coming in to LES.

Please make the Big 12 happen so we don't decide to stay home. We want Texas and OU coming to LES. We want Kansas and Kansas State in the Marriott Center. Make this happen or you will go down in history as the AD that crapped his pants during potentially the best thing ever to happen to BYU athletics.

This opportunity is the end result of what Lavell Edwards meant to BYU. Don't let him (and us) down.

                Dear Tom,

Please send Texas an email saying we know Aggies suck, we have our own version out here. And we would be more than happy to be Bevo's bitch.

                Signed,

Perennial Las Vegas Bowl (and now Armed Forces Bowl) team.

P.S. I had to decide whether or not to go to Kalamazoo, MI on business the weekend of the Idaho game. It was a hard decision. Did you hear that? KALAMAZOO freakin' Michigan!

Bingo. Mike Middleton will get no rest if the legacies start breathing down his neck and withholding dough as a result of passing on this opportunity.

I am sure it will sour more than a few donors. I find it hard to believe it will please any, though.
                  Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

I actually know of two Legacies way out of me and my brothers league who are really pissed. If they haven't been placated by being told the future teams on our home schedule, then I don't think we have any to announce.

I will say though my conversation was a week ago.

                      Dear Tom,

Mick Hill is unkind to pizza delivery workers.

Cecil Samuelson pointing his finger in your chest "When are people going to learn the church is more important than your money?" I can see Elder Holland pounding his fist on that one.

Can we have a seance to summon the ghost of Rex Lee?

Yea, and then they will send out various people who in person or by phone soliciting money from you.

They will use the words I hear on CB, are you a loyal cougar, a true cougar, do you support the BOT. I do believe the church is more important than someone's money, but not by much.
