Probably quite a bit (although it is arguably true), but rightfully so! BYU fans should be insecure about their team this year. The point is that Ute fans shouldn't be, at least in comparison to BYU fans. Your team is better, so you shouldn't need to bother with these petty arguments. That you do just speaks to you guys not actually believing that your team is any good. If BYU fans can be giddy with happiness (as they were) about a 7-6 2010 season because of their team's trajectory at the end of that season, when they beat mostly the worst teams on their schedule, then certainly we can be very happy about an 8-4 inaugural regular season that ends with a 5-game winning streak in a new and overall tougher conference, in a year when our starting QB went down in the 4th game of the season.
