Do not add Utah to the B12! Adding them would be horrible. Why would the B12 share the SLC market when it can let Utah either and die while BYU eats up market share.
Add Colorado (BYUs new rival) and the AZ schools and maybe Wyoming.

Yeah 50/50 is too pessimistic as I too think the Big 12 is in a stronger position. Maybe 60/40 in our favor.
