                                        Welcome to Big 12 politics. UT wants Houston and BYU. OU wants BYU and anybody except Houston. I still don't understand why UT wants Houston in the Big 12. I haven't read anything where Charlie Strong or the UT AD has been in favor of it; only the UT president. I think it was Uncle Ted who mentioned something about expanding UT-Houston campus. That would make sense on why the president is in favor but the HC and AD are silent.

                                        The list of schools who have left conferences because of Texas or who were blocked from joining a conference because of Texas is impressive: Arkansas, Colorado, Nebraska, Missouri, Texas A&M, and BYU.
