The exception, of course, being I84 that winds it's way through the Columbia River Gorge.

People would say the same of your name and your proclivities.

Mr Brooks might find someone else sitting in his BOT seat very shortly.

There would need to be a concerted effort to *not* build something by gorgeous scenery in the PNW.

Similar concept to the one from last summer that featured BYU.

However, on Wednesday, the issue was once again brought to the forefront when Derrick Brooks, a former FSU linebacker and former board of trustees member, appeared on the Tim Brando Radio Show and said that it was the Big 12 that reached out to FSU.

"From our understanding, it is the Big 12 wanting to talk to us," Brooks said. "Again, that is from my understanding that that appears to be the case."

I wonder if this Brooks guy is trying to scuttle the talks.

                      http://dudeofwv.blogspot.com/2012/05...done-deal.html

Clemson and the Big 12 have exchanged financial information, projected schedules and revenue estimates. They have reached an agreement on all substantial issues.

Clemson wants the Big 12 and the Big 12 wants Clemson, but the process must play out.

I thought dudeofwv said that BYU and Louisville were "done deals" a few weeks ago. Or was that CardinalJim?

                          Either way, WTF!!!!!

Clemson has exchanged revenue estimates with the B12??? I wonder how that went?

B12: Before we invite you, we would like to see some projections of how much money you think you might make by joining up with us. Also, how much do you think the conference will make?
Clemson: Ok, we will run a few scenarios and get back to you.

In the same article, he claims that while Clemson has reached an agreement with all issues worked out, "FSU is much closer to the mythical “done deal” than Clemson..."

He does say that he will have another update later today, so that could be cool.
