    Stay tuned.
    Thanks CHIP!!!

I think there's just an effort from some of the other Big12 teams to take a last shot at Texas.

Could you expound? You feel Texas wants BYU and the rest of the league is blocking it or vice versa?

Are you still expecting to watch BYU play Kansas at Allen Fieldhouse? I ask you to strengthen the feeble knees and give hope to the downcast.

        • Talk about screwing this up.
Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

Hopeful optimism, that's all it is. No one knows.

This guy has said all along BYU will be #10. I want to believe him but he might just be another Deepthrowt.

                      1. Do we poach either West Virginia or Louisville from the Big East? (as I mentioned before it won’t be both. For the record I do feel that West Virginia would get the nod over Louisville if they voted to poach.)
                      2. Do we add BYU (which has some strong support) and leave the Big East alone?

                      I choose 2.

Also, I hear there is some fog in dallas delaying the meeting which was suppose to end a half hour ago.

Nothing really new, but Tale of the Tait has had good coverage on this whole thing. Its a good one to follow.

Great analogy. And apparently we BYU fans never learn!!

For all the reasons previously discussed this wld be a savvy move by the B12 - nice counter punch to the SEC moving into their backyard.
