The Big 12 expansion groundswell

GSwaim (from Oklahoma) has had positive things to say about BYU. Chip Brown, the UT puppet, is always negative towards BYU. I think OU likes BYU and wants them in, UT wants somebody else. It will be interesting to see who wins.

I was being mostly sarcastic. For all the talk of our relationship with Texas, ND, and Oklahoma from BYU Independence honks, I haven't seen any great benefit from it yet. I would love to be wrong.

So there will be two main questions debated by the conference leaders.

1. Do we poach either West Virginia or Louisville from the Big East? (as I mentioned before it won’t be both. For the record I do feel that West Virginia would get the nod over Louisville if they voted to poach.)
2. Do we add BYU (which has some strong support) and leave the Big East alone?

I choose 2.


Also, I hear there is some fog in dallas delaying the meeting which was suppose to end a half hour ago.
