Utah, Arizona State, Arizona to the Big 12/Southwestern Conference.

Cal & Stanford to the ACC (football only) / WCC all sports.

Oregon State & Washington State to the “new” PAC aka the MWC.

I basically agree with your prophecy because it's a self-fulfilling prophecy. If the Utah fan base allows Utah football die then it will die. If the Utah fan base steps up and figures out how to carry the program forward through rough times, it will probably live and could potentially thrive.

Utah should be the heavyweight of the PAC-6 (Utah, Arizona State, Cal, Stanford, Oregon State, Washington State).

The TV deal won’t be great if Oregon & Washington are gone.

The Pac-12 is dead. Utah football is also basically on life support. The Pac-12 dies around Utah football and Whittingham retires soon. From there, it will basically become Utah basketball after the greatest coach that has ever set foot in this state, Rick Majerus, was unjustly and unfairly run off by Chris Hill.

College football as we know it is dead. It is basically the SEC/B1G and the split will become official in the next decade. Eventually, BYU will also have a conference die around it and be in the lower division too.

Within the next 5ish years, I'll be paying as much attention to Utah football as Utah basketball. It was fun while it lasted, but I'll find better things to invest my time in.
