Seriosuly, why do Utah fans think they go to an Ivy League level school? Their acceptance rate is 95% which is pretty close to BYU-Idahos rate. Their accounting department sucks as well.

The funny thing about ute fan social media right now is so many people insisting that the P12 schools are not talking to the B12. They are angry at Dodd (like your post here) for reporting on these conversations. But given the current state of the P12 with USC/UCLA leaving and diminishing media contract options, the P12 school presidents/ADs would be committing gross negligence if they weren't hearing Brent Yormak out and checking out all of their options. The notion that they refuse to even have informal discussions is laughable. These are not stupid people.

Look, I'm being serious now. I do troll a little. But I'm always truthful with you guys (to the extent I choose to speak). I don't put a gloss on anything. I try to add a little charm, a dash of irony, some wit, but truth is always the point. (Granted, I have some opinions, and those are just opinoions, but they're for real what I think.)

You won't ever see the inside of the Big 12. That's what I really think. I also mean what I say about general authorities, etc.

Dodd is being attacked by people like you simply for reporting that P12 schools are talking to other conferences and considering options. Yeah, I don't see Oregon as a very likely candidate for the B12 but if you think other P12 schools aren't taking a look at the B12 as an option then you are seriously deluded. It would be gross negligence on their part if they weren't having talks.

Everything hinges on a final P12 media offer. I can't believe this has dragged on as long as it has, but the fact that it has taken so long does not bode well for the P12. And will the big dogs in the P12 (not talking about Utah here, obviously) be willing to sign a grant of rights? Hmmm....
