A very nice summation of the past week, but he doesn't even offer up any of MHVer3's reports.
So messy and it doesn't look good. It appears Kliavkoff will need to pull that rabbit out of the hat. Wolken makes the point that if Kliavkoff had the better deal, he would have sealed it already.

If he can't convince UW and Oregon to sign a GOR or convince that there should be an unequal revenue distribution, they aren't going to get anywhere near B12 money. They might not anyway.Comment
