I think this committ and Famika choosing to stay at BYU are very good developments. I believe it was the gods of Rock and Roll Motley Crue who said "don't go away mad, just go away!" It is good that the connection/love of BYU is strong enough for Robert Anae's son and nephew to still want to be at BYU despite Robert being encouraged to move on up on the coaches ladder.Originally posted by EdmondDantes View PostApparently Aulelio Olomua committed during BYU's recruiting weekend.
6'5 230 DE out of Arizona. Kid has academic concerns though. Will be interesting to see if he makes it.Do Your Damnedest In An Ostentatious Manner All The Time!

I'm choosing to mostly ignore your fatuity here and instead overwhelm you with so much data that you'll maybe, just maybe, realize that you have reams to read on this subject before you can contribute meaningfully to any conversation on this topic.

I caught a bit of that game and I think the total was 11 sacks given up. That offensive line got owned on most every play. Not sure how much responsibility can be put on Mathews, but it's probably good that he won't be needed next year.Originally posted by MarkGrace View PostHow did matthews do in that AS game yesterday?

I didn't know Famika decided to stay. Guess we can kiss our oh-so-small shot at post-mission Xavier goodbye.Originally posted by Goatnapper'96 View PostI think this committ and Famika choosing to stay at BYU are very good developments. Rivals shows him with plenty of interest from schools in the west, but only one offer.Originally posted by cougjunkie View PostAnother kid that claimed a utah offer.

I could never tell whether the interest on that list was the player's interest in the school, or the schools interest in the player. You're saying it's the school's level of interest?Originally posted by Jarid in Cedar View PostRivals shows him with plenty of interest from schools in the west, but only one offer.

Also, Utah apparently did offer him.

Everyone knows how worthless Scout's info is on recruiting.

Rivals lists the players interest. Basically everyone is shown as medium until a player makes a statement like "I have narrowed to teams x, y, and z" then those teams are listed as high interest and the rest are lowered to low interest or "I have eliminated team v" at which point team v is listed as no interest.Originally posted by Jacob View PostI could never tell whether the interest on that list was the player's interest in the school, or the schools interest in the player.
