The Royals would like you to keep using reverse psychology.

    • When I watch the Royals I think: "Is this really the best the AL has to offer?"

Maybe there is something to Funk's MLB playoff luck theory.

Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you'll have to ram them down people's throats.

        • The Giants may win but the Royals won't go down wasy.

Upon rejecting the Beatles, Dick Rowe told Brian Epstein of the January 1, 1962 audition for Decca, which signed Brian Poole and the Tremeloes instead.

            This is truly profound.

Lol. Jake Peavy hasn't been anyone's ace for nearly a decade.
Prepare to put mustard on those words, for you will soon be consuming them, along with this slice of humble pie that comes direct from the oven of shame set at gas mark “egg on your face”! -- Moss

There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock

That was a bad game to bet on the Giants.

                  • Game 1 was the lowest rated game 1 of a series ever and 5th lowest rated single game ever. Nearly 50% of the Royals market tuned in, but the SF market was around the high 20's. Ouch, guess you can get tired of being in the WS.
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

Leaving KC with a split suits me just fine. Peavey wasn't the real problem, btw, it was Strickland.

It was an early start. Most of us were still at work or on bart when the game began.

                          Yikes. Thanks, KC!

Unfortunately the good people at the Peppermill Sportsbook in Reno didn't agree that a split was alright and decided to keep my money for thinking the Giants would win last nights game.
