  • The timing of the Parsons deal is terrible for the Rockets. If the Rockets match they won't have the cap space to sign Bosh. They have a 3-day window to get the Bosh deal done before Parsons eats all the cap space. Or they can let Parsons walk and hope that Bosh signs with them anyway. But the odds of them keeping Parsons and landing Bosh just took a big hit.

I don't know. I heard he danced the salsa at his meeting with Riles. That's pretty significant in Miami culture.

        • It sounds like Bron is going back to the Cavs. Moving pictures. Chris Sheridan said it is lock according to his source whom he stands behind 100% and that he'll announce on his website before Bron leaves for the WC final. Also, people have been looking at his website and looking at unpublished screens and the colors for these pages created yesterday are Cavs colors.

With the comments Dan Gilbert made when LBJ left I never thought he would be back. I would rather see James win a championship in Cleveland than anywhere else.

I agree. Adande has been ripping Bron over it. After taking such a principled stand against Donald Sterling, how can the guy go back and play for an owner like Gilbert that ripped him and attacked his character.

I don't care if Bron wins championships unless he plays for the Lakers.

I hate the Cavs (really I hate Gilbert). They're a terrible franchise and keep getting rewarded for their ineptitude. I hope that Bron doesn't change that fact.

Sheridan is standing by his story. Stephan A. Smith reporting that Bron Bron is signing with Cleveland. Also, multiple reports of Cleveland pursuing a Kevin Love trade and that Love is interested in Bron Bron signs.

Love is a much better 2nd star for Bron Bron to play with then anyone the Heat can get at this point.

Gilbert is a dick but the city of Cleveland has been without a championship for 49 years. I'm not a Cleveland fan but those poor people who do need some happiness in their lives.

I think if he goes back to Cleveland it is all about control. He will become the player/de-facto GM again like the last time he was in Cleveland. Reports are that he is already trying to build his own roster in Cleveland. In Miami, Riley is not going to provide him that level of control over the roster.

I think that speaks well for LeBron that he's able to get past that, show thick skin and go play where he wants, taking less money, to play for the city, his teammates and the fans, in spite of the knucklehead owner.

Hard to see how Cavs get Love without giving up Wiggins. It would probably be a good move for both teams.

Agreed. If Cleveland can get a deal done without including Tristan Thompson as well, that would be a pretty big win for them and would still work out fairly well for Minnesota.

I have to think the guys in play would be Thompson, Bennett, Wiggins, Waiters and perhaps a future 1st.

                            • Wiggins for Love? In a heartbeat. Love is a proven commodity and is ready to win now. Wiggins hasn't played a second in the league and hasn't played an 82 game season in his life. Who knows how he will turn out. Win now.

                              • Yeah, that's a no brainer. Minnesota needs to rebuild anyways. That way they get something for Love who's not reupping.
