  • I wonder how guys that have just finished their careers like Fisher and Kidd are received by the players.

I'm not sure I'd want those guys to be my coach. They have no experience.

Fisher has been shoveling shit for years.

Not so fast, says Anthony's agent:

I just don't see it going all that well for him and guys like Kidd who were peers with the players just a year or two ago.

Though it's the trend recently, I don't see owners and GMs going this direction long term.

              • 3 years, $46 M for Parsons.

                • Rockets could've kept Parsons next year for $900k. I know this was their year to clear cap space, to try to get a big name in and then be able to match on Parsons, but that is still a huge chance in salary for a player that would've been on your roster either way.

                  • They're saying on KALL700 that Lebron to Cleveland is a done deal.

                    • Lamarcus Aldridge turns down a 3 year 55 million extension from Portland. Says he wants to wait for next year for a 5 year max deal.

The way that he has been playing the past couple years, I'm not sure that a 5 year max deal for him is a bad contract.

I think he's a max player. At least he was against Houston this year. But passing up that kind of money he better hope he doesn't blow out a knee.

Exactly what I said the Parsons would get after I saw the Hayward numbers. Hayward > Parsons >> Stevenson. $16MM > $15MM >> ???. Stevenson should get 12MM-13MM.

There is no doubt he's worth the max. Lillard will be too.
