No, just the blatant mismanagement of talent. Success in sports is due in large part to confidence and rhythm. Smart seems to be doing his best to sabotage Jimmer. Fredette's play this season warrants consistent minutes, but he still cannot become part of the regular guard rotation.Originally posted by Non Sequitur View Post

I'm not sure what Smart is thinking and I am sure he isn't trying to lose. That being said he has demonstrated a bizarre way of playing the guy that will, at best, prevent Fredette from building on his recent good play and at worst screw with his head and mess up his game.Originally posted by Jarid in Cedar View Post
