15 of the next 20 at home starting tonight. Good opportunity to make a move in the standings.

This is a bit unfair to Corbin since Kanter's ankle is clearly not 100% and Favors was not getting it done, especially in Atlanta. With more minutes he might have done more but Burks, Favors, & Kanter were a hindrance in Atlanta (this from a guy constantly looking to see their minutes increased mind you).Originally posted by BGRTHNUMEGO View PostI just can't fathom how Corbin feels it is better to give Carroll 25 mpg at SF with Favors playing less than 20, rather than using the big lineup. If Favors doesn't get back in the game, this will be the 3rd game in a row and 4th in 5 that he's played fewer than 20 minutes. The other game he played exactly 20.
This will also be the 3rd game in a row that Kanter has been under 10 minutes played.
And FWIW, Jefferson has 0 FTAs and zero blocks. Again."Either evolution or intelligent design can account for the athlete, but neither can account for the sports fan." - Robert Brault

Watching the game live. I hope the 500 or so fans wearing James jerseys go home sad."There is no creature more arrogant than a self-righteous libertarian on the web, am I right? Those folks are just intolerable."

I think they certainly don't care about the regular season but they don't have the bigs to just flip the switch to the level they were at last year. It will be enough in the East probably but they need another big.Originally posted by MarkGrace View PostI don't think they care much at this point.
Van Gundy does a weekly radio interview locally and today when asked if Miami was in trouble or simply coasting he wouldn't really answer but said about the same."Either evolution or intelligent design can account for the athlete, but neither can account for the sports fan." - Robert Brault

He is the only one scoring and has a relatively quiet 23. They look disinterested. It isn't the 4th quarter afterall.Originally posted by smokymountainrain View PostI'm not watching; does LBJ have another 50 pt game in him?"Either evolution or intelligent design can account for the athlete, but neither can account for the sports fan." - Robert Brault

What the Hell just happened? The refs stopped the game and escorted a front row drunk out of the arena I guess?"Either evolution or intelligent design can account for the athlete, but neither can account for the sports fan." - Robert Brault
