Fun game tonight. Hayward continues his hot shooting from downtown and Burks played a ton at the point.

Hate to bag on the kid but why does it take him a third to half a season to warm up?Originally posted by smokymountainrain View PostFun game tonight. I listened to the first half on the ride home from work. Locke couldn't resist making fun of the attendance during each free throw/TO. That franchise is a joke. 10 high lottery picks and no discernible game plan. A disinterested Ben Gordon played 1 on 5 in the 3rd and I guess no matter what play is called it turns out to be an isolation with an occasional pick. It would suck to be a Bobcats fan.Originally posted by LiveCoug View PostDidn't realize the Jazz even played tonight...
1 game over .500!
Bismark North Biyumbo is terrible btw. Jefferson destroyed him."Either evolution or intelligent design can account for the athlete, but neither can account for the sports fan." - Robert Brault

Should I even try to get into the Jazz this season? I've been paying little to no attention. Is there any reason to try and become partially invested the rest of the way?Get confident, stupid

If nothing else you should hook up your league pass broadband.Originally posted by HuskyFreeNorthwest View PostShould I even try to get into the Jazz this season? I've been paying little to no attention. Is there any reason to try and become partially invested the rest of the way?
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

I know there isn't much draft talk out there yet, but it did seem that Ford and some other draft sites had talked about this draft as a weak one, a draft without a certain superstar like Anthony Davis and not a lot of depth through the lottery. But as the college season goes along it is hurting more to think of the GS pick being in the 20s instead of in the 9-12 range I thought it'd be.
Bennett looks like a monster, even getting compared to Karl. Shabazz and McLemore are incredible shooters, and McLemore's rep is building more and more each week. Plumlee looks much better. And there might be 3 Kentucky players taken in the top 10. I think the top of this draft is going to end up being much better than analysts were projecting the past 1-2 years. Not sure what will be left at the back end of the lottery, but the Jazz might be picking at 15 and 23 any way.

Ford's comment that I posted earlier was that he doesn't thing there's a lot of front-end talent but he does think it goes pretty deep on the talent it does have. That helps the Jazz.
I was hoping Michael Carter-Williams would shoot just poorly enough to stay in play for the Jazz, but he's shot the ball so badly I'm starting to wonder about him.So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

His other stats seem to get better by the game. 17, 6, 6, and 5 last night.Originally posted by MarkGrace View PostFord's comment that I posted earlier was that he doesn't thing there's a lot of front-end talent but he does think it goes pretty deep on the talent it does have. That helps the Jazz.

The most interesting post in the Jazz thread since the Deron Williams trade.Originally posted by HuskyFreeNorthwest View PostI was told that I have "a very nice vas deference".
