one of my favorite defensive plays of the 4th quarter....artest and odom trap miles at midcourt (think it was miles), so miles basically throws the ball away in desperation...right into the hands of Jordan Farmar. This leads to a near 4-1 Laker break, everyone touches the ball, and Farmar gets an easy 2 points.Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

That's the play that made me post 'hahahahaha.' Not only did everyone touch the ball but it was LO's bounce pass between his legs to Artest who touch passed it to Farmar.Originally posted by TripletDaddy View Postone of my favorite defensive plays of the 4th quarter....artest and odom trap miles at midcourt (think it was miles), so miles basically throws the ball away in desperation...right into the hands of Jordan Farmar. the only thing missing on that play was Gary Payton pretending to bite and growl afterward.Originally posted by Surfah View PostThat's the play that made me post 'hahahahaha.' Just heard a Notorious BIG song that I have heard hundreds of times and just realized that he mentions the Utah Jazz.
I Got a Story to Tell.
She get d*** from a player off the New York Knicks
N**** tricked ridiculous, the s***was plush
She's stressing me to f***, like she was in a rush
We f***** in his bed, quite dangerous
I'm in his ass while he playing against the Utah Jazz*Banned*

That Jazz played defense? I must have been watching a different game.Originally posted by TripletDaddy View PostSorry guys. Jazz defense had nothing to do with this win. The Lakers basically chose to lose this game by missing shots. Jazz didn't really play that well truthfully.I'm like LeBron James.

Don't think too hard about it.Originally posted by smokymountainrain View PostThat Jazz played defense? I must have been watching a different game.
Amazing how the best team on the face of the earth looks beatable... on the road, in the second game of a back to back, with an injured star.
Welcome to reality, the Lakers. Now the real work of defending your title begins.

Well, unless the Lakers lose all of their games from now to the end of the season and don't make the playoffs.Originally posted by Surfah View PostThis doesn't happen until June.
I'd say there is some work to do now. Road games. Dealing with injury. Ron Artest maybe going a little nuts.
Good teams deal with that stuff and win.
