    I usually catch a Jazz game during our holiday trek northward, and this year looks like it will be no different. I'm looking at the Jan. 2 game against Denver. Normally, I wouldn't risk missing a good college bowl game, but there aren't any BCS games that night, and Mich. State at Texas Tech has to be one of the least compelling bowl matchups of the entire bowl season, at least for me.

    If anyone is interested in taking in the game with me, let me know. I'll probably go with my brother, but if anyone wants to meet for dinner before or after, or even just meet up at halftime, I'd be game.
    Prepare to put mustard on those words, for you will soon be consuming them, along with this slice of humble pie that comes direct from the oven of shame set at gas mark “egg on your face”! -- Moss

    There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock

      I'll be at the game on the 26th. The big dilemma here is where I'll be sitting. My bro-in-law and I have a tradition where we take his three little girls out to dinner and then buy some cheap nosebleed seats. I was all excited to keep this little tradition going, when my little sister called and said she could get me two 5th row center court seats for that game.

      What a situation! My nieces love our little tradition, but I've never been in seats that nice before in my life. And that's the only home game being played during our time in Utah
      So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

        A couple of possible solutions:

        1) Give each of your little nieces a chance to sit down on the 5th row with you for a quarter;

        2) Take a friend, and have him sit alone in the good seats during the first half. Sit with your nieces in the nosebleeds, and at halftime, head down and sit in the good seats for the conclusion.

          Take your nieces to a BYU game and sit in the nosebleeds. Then attend the Jazz game without them and sit in the good seats.

            MG, why wouldn't you take them to the Dee? Sit on the floor for 20 bucks and take me to the Jazz game. Trust me you want to hang with me I'm super cool.

                    I always forget about this board. Than I realize how lame CB is getting and get bored and remember about this one. Did I miss something?

                          Very impressed with this Jazz team right now. They really know how to play well against the good teams and blow out the bad teams.

                            At least with NBA Kevin Love you don't have to listen to the announcers attempt to make every play about him. His year with UCLA was like "Did you see Kevin Love cheering for his teammates from the bench on that play? That is what you call a leader! He does everything for this team."

                              Here comes that hope.

                              All we have to do is split on the road and then get back to SLC....anything can happen.....
