I'm sure they'll have a letdown this week in an otherwise winnable game since that seems to be how they've operated for the last three years; but having won 5 of their last 6 and 6 of their last 8, they're at least on the road to playing decent ball again.Originally posted by HuskyFreeNorthwest View PostDid the Jazz win in San Antonio break some kind of curse? It was so good to see Deron and Booz back on the same page again. The only why this team gets back to competitive if for them to bury the hatchet and start working together the way they did last night.
With our two best shooters coming back in the next couple of weeks, I'm shopping Okur. Watching Fess on the floor it becomes so apparent that the Jazz need to play with a real 5. Right now Memo is a slightly less one-dimensional player than Korver, only he's getting paid twice as much. At this point I'd rather play Fess/Kosta in a platoon and then go small at times with Booz at the 5 and Sap at the 4.So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

If 20, 10 and 5 on 49% FGs isn't good enough for that guy, perhaps he should spend a little more time learning the game and a little less time on message boards.Originally posted by JohnnyLingo View Post

Well, that's all DDD would be good for!Originally posted by cougjunkie View PostUmmm........They beat Memphis without Rudy Gay and his 20 points per game. You, me, Sizzle, d-hole and DDD waving a towel only could keep that game close.
I was referring less to tonight and more to the fact that they've won 6 of their last 7 and have damn near averaged 60% from the floor over their last three (59.93%).So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

That is impressive and you are right Boozer is playing hard for that contract.Originally posted by MarkGrace View PostWell, that's all DDD would be good for!

Makes you sad to see what he's capable of. He's even trying to play defense lately and challenge shots around the rim.Originally posted by cougjunkie View PostThat is impressive and you are right Boozer is playing hard for that contract. So Russell...what do you love about music? Pretty impressive, despite the competition.Never in their history have the Jazz shot 60 percent in three consecutive games. The last team to do so was Indiana in games Jan. 29 to Feb. 2, 1994. Had they not missed four of their last five shots in garbage time, the Jazz would have equaled the feat.So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.
