Yeah I saw that. Pretty sad. Rough to lose a family member and I imagine even moreso when it is in a violent crime like this appears to be.

I also read it was apparent that she was stabbed to death. In the same story it mentions her husband makes custom billiard tables and knives. I found that slightly odd.

with the way the police crafted their statement, it does not sound like a random thing. the development of this story will be interesting.

Greg Miller is not the owner of the Jazz. Gail is. Or, I suppose some Larry Miller trust is, of which Gail is a trustee and the primary beneficiary. Greg may be the part owner some day, I suppose. Maybe he, along with his siblings, are the beneficial owners of a small portion now.

However, he is the president of the company (the company owned by Gail and the trust) that owns the Jazz, so maybe it makes sense to talk about him as the owner of the Jazz.

This is a huge home stand for the Jazz. If they can dominate this string of games it will give them a huge push for the first half of the season.

If the Jazz can get to 25 wins on the road I think they win 60 games this year, we already have 7.
