BYU beat #3 on the road. They never trailed. They just outhustled, outworked and outplayed Gonzaga. These last 6 games have been something. Keep rolling boys. Gotta take care of business in Vegas. Glad we get to avoid USD. Get to the final and we should be dancing.

Does BYU get the 2 seed in the WCC tournament? And there's a three-way tie for 7th; I'm curious who BYU will play. BYU needs, I think, at least a first round win to get in.

BYU is the 2. Not sure about the 7.

Edit: Looks like it's a play-in - #7 vs. #10. Going just by the standings on the WCC site, that would be Santa Clara vs. Loyola Marymount. Both of them are tied - Santa Clara is tied with San Francisco for #7; Loyola with Pacific for #9.

I think Santa Clara wins the tiebreaker for #7 against San Francisco since they have a win over Saint Mary's. Pacific would get the #9 seed by virtue of their win over San Diego.

Thus BYU's opponent would be the winner of Santa Clara vs. Loyola Marymount, which will be broadcast on BYUtv on Friday, March 6th at about 9 pm MT.

BYU's quarterfinal game with the winner would be Saturday at 9 pm MT on ESPN2.

Edit: BYU won all four of the regular season matchups with those two teams by double digits.

Happy for Andrus, who got reamed by Rose and the rest of the bench coaches for a defensive lapse in the first half, not to mention two missed FTs. Then he comes through twice at the end. Good for him.

Of course, I could be doing the tiebreaker completely wrong, so don't be surprised to see major differences between this and the official brackets.

Edit: BYU beat Pacific by double digits both games, but after handling San Francisco by 31 on the road, held them off by 4 in Provo.

I'm happy for the team getting that win. Even if somehow BYU ends up getting left out that's still an awesome, memorable win. They'll have that memory forever. Advance to the WCC Finals and I bet BYU is in.

Nice to ruin their Senior Night. Cocky of the Zags to plan it for after the game. I did not think this was the year that BYU would win in Spokane. Interesting the way Few tried to match BYU's small ball -- seems like it would have been better for them to keep a big lineup in.

Can't help but play the what if. 2 Pepperdine games and the USD game. How pretty would we be sitting at 26-5 and 16-2? What coulda been....

Halford is a stud. Very cool to see him peak like this. Dude is ugly as sin and looks like he has no business playing D1 ball, but he has a huge heart. I will always be a Dobby fan.

Corb has really come a long way since the beginning of the season. Love that we have him 3 more seasons. He would not have progressed as much as he has without all the playing time he received this year.

I know Gonzaga is really good, but I think that we could have a shot if we were to play them again in the conference tournament. It all depends on the defensive effort.
